Hi everyone,
I am looking for the shift knob emblem, part number 25 11 1 220 956 (30mm diameter).
It is crucial that the surface is made of hard plastic.
New Old Stock (NOS) would be ideal
(There are reproductions available with a soft silicone surface, but those are unsuitable.)
This emblem has long been unavailable in the EU, and I would like to start producing new shift knobs again. :)
Thanks for your help, Chris

I think this is hard plastic?

Chris… can’t help with the emblem…but if you decide to make some plain rounded top ones like the original… I’m in.

Thanks for the tip, but take a look at my picture
vs
the motorcycle logos;
the differences are in the:
size
surface finishouter
silver ring around the outside !!
(which isn't present on Stefan's logos either)

So, it’s either 100% right, or there will just be wooden knobs without logos.
best, Chris

It is not - we know that. :)

Hard plastic can be trimmed by sanding and polishing.

For me the best would be to case them new - not impossible on silicone based casts.

For ideal fitting only OE NOS will do the job I would like to have - no doubts about that!

Exactly, that's what I mean by 100%.

And since I no longer have any gear shift knobs—but want to go back to that standard—I am now looking for the emblems. :-))

Did you want me to send it?

Are you trying to buy a quantity or do you just need one to do a reproduction?
