That's how I access on my phone as well, Safari.
i tried the app when it first came out, eventually gave up on it as i found that safari was much better ... and more like seeing the forum on my computer. totally behind your move Dan
The topic is no longer about who uses it or how well it works, it's the fact that the app is being removed from the forum. Non-Tapatalk users get popups asking mobile users to use the app every time they go to the forum. The only way to get rid of this popup is to pay Tapatalk for the "premium" version. Since technically the app is not needed anymore it's being removed.
No brainer. I use it, but I'm not really sure why. If it adds to your volunteer admin duties, kill it.

For some reason on my phone, which is on the most current iOS (I have an iphone 7) I can't seem to log in through safari. It keeps telling me to accept cookies in order to log in, and when I do accept them, it tells me I did not and I am unable to log in
I never get popups on Safari when accessing das forum

This post is not designed to make a plea to save Tapatalk access because I understand the administrative hassle of maintaining the Tapatalk interface. But I do want point out a few things. If it wasn't for Tapatalk I'd probably not visit legacy message boards on a daily basis. There is something to be said for Reddit, Facebook, Tapatalk etc. in that the standardized interface makes it easy to skim a bunch of sites on my iPhone (I have 25 such TT enabled forums) in a matter of a few minutes.
I will now go back to my former mode of E9 forum viewing habits which was to visit only when I need specific information that pertains to my coupe.

Have you used the mobile friendly version of this forum? Do you like TT because it's the same as all the other forums you go to or is the e9coupe.com mobile version hard to use?

Nothing is easier than the mobile version on my iPhone or iPad, looks just like on the laptop too.
Same goes for the mobile version on Android. Cohesion with the laptop interface, and no pop-ups. I am not sure what Photobucket is, but I do not have to use it. I upload directly to the forum.

I figured out why the website was not working through my phone, turns out when my phone got repaired it was indeed set to block all cookies, but its disabled now so I'm free from tapatalk and can use mobile!
My mind immediately goes to Teddy fixing cell phones on Bob and Linda's counter... This reference may be over (or under) your heads.If you were a true mobile phone enthusiast you would have repaired it yourself.
