That's actually a E3 / 3.0s in pretty good condition.

And although Copart says it's an automatic, the gearshift lever and dashboard sure make it look like a three-pedal car.

It does have three pedals. The clutch pedal is barely visible in one of the photos.

The listing indicates that the buyer must be a dismantler, dealer or exporter. I would otherwise be interested

Copart gets info wrong fairly often with older cars and short VINs. It's also a clean title so I think it would stay clean since it doesn't need a smog test, not sure.
