Question: Has anyone bought a car with a salvage title? Pros and (mostly) cons?
This looks like to could be a good entry level E9 at the buy it now price or low bid.

There are services that allow mere mortals to bid on Copart salvage auctions. Cars-4-bid is one of them, there are others.

Cars 4 Bid still shows no bidders
Could it go of r $1000 or is there usually a reserve?

I would expect a reserve, @dang mentioned that it reached 26k last auction, possibly it didn’t meet reserve or there was a material difference in the description that resulted in the sale being cancelled.
