I would expect a reserve, @dang mentioned that it reached 26k last auction, possibly it didn’t meet reserve or there was a material difference in the description that resulted in the sale being cancelled.

Correct, no M90, and the manual transmission could be any one of the 3 (4 spd, dogleg, or OD 5 speed if it's a late 79 car). The 5 speed was an option (rare) and if it's an early car you got the dogleg and tall rear end, later 79 cars had the OD 5 speed and a shorter final drive. The diff is a crapshoot too, the LSD was an option but not many were built. The reason being that if you wanted performance you bought the 635 because it had the dogleg 5 speed and the LSD as standard as well as the M90 3.5 engine. If you were trying to pinch pennies you could option the car with the transmission and LSD but not many did that.
 
CA "Leno Law" will be rolling smog except year to 1985 in the coming years. The '76 2002's just went up in value. Along with some select others..
