Just checked, my documentation on the coolant hoses sucks. I'll get some better information for you on this. I recall that the radiator hoses and the C hose don't change. The hose from the tstat housing to the T in this picture is an e24 hose, and I believe the T and the hose from the T to the expansion tank are also e24 parts. I'll have to check, but I think the hose from the other end of that T might also be an e24 hose that I cut as part of the heater core bypass experiment you see here. (Lastly, not sure about the hose from the back of the engine to the heater core.)
Here is a pic with some of the hoses:

Comments on your list:
- I don't think phenolic spacers are necessary for our cars. The big six is pretty smooth.
- I don't have a crank case breather filter on my car. The hose you see in my engine bay vents directly outside. I was told those breather filters can clog and cause problems.
- I am running a Pierburg fuel pump with a revolution motorsports relay/controller.

I actually bought two of these can wired both at the same time with a pigtail and an electrical connector so in case of failure I can quickly swap in my spare on the side of the road. Stevehose suggested a marine connector for the fuel line to make the swap even easier, but I haven't done this. That strap you see around the belly of the pump is connected to one of the subframe bolts to hold the pump in place.

- I have these horns I've tried and am not using. I also have the mesh filters that fit over these. Message me if you might be interested.
