I don't know, there's a lot to like if you got it for the right price - knowing your were going to repaint it. For sure, someone put the belt line trim on way too soon after a previous repaint. -Great color combo -Side style lines look super crisp - that's hard to get right during body work...

Once again, I love that upholstery! IMHO, those AC vents are in a way better position to actually keep your upper body cool - verses your knees with factory AC setup.

I just had the air dam on my euro e24 painted. I was going to remove it and reinstall but was too busy finishing up our remodel. The shop I use did the whole thing for $1400 and the paint match is perfect (Cosmos Blue). I thought the price was a little high, I feel better after reading this...

Very, very cool! I went through this a couple of years ago, finally figured it out on my own. What a PITA, but I couldn't imagine paying someone hourly to try to learn how to fix it. Plus, your in Portland, I guess I know where to go if it happens again.

Love any e39 wagon, your looks great with the stance and the new APEX wheels! I think I said on here before that we've had three of them, one of the best looking wagon ever made.

Just make sure you use a something that allows you to easily remove later, cause if you ever put your car on BaT some 'e9 expert, who has no intention of bidding, is going to ask you to take off the rocker panel covers to show what's beneath. :)

It sure does! Those doors not matching up would drive me crazy.

Same thing happened to me but I have the rarer polished arms (believe the base is actually chrome) which made it very hard to find a replacement. @Keshav, great mod!!
