we are seeing results that prove that it is worthwhile to go the extra miles and make your coupe excellent. Chris, Steve, Stan and many others - increase the agreed value on your coupe insurance

Congrats to the buyer. A rust free car is worth a lot, and a really nice one is worth even more.

Hey some of the credit goes to me, the crazy buyer! And I wasn't even lit up with scotch like at Barrett Jackson. Looking forward to driving this vixen, and counting on some support from you guys here. Fred
Welcome Fred! Drive the wheels off that thing before the snow comes!

Congrats to both seller and buyer. Now I feel a little better about my endless restoration into the abyss. My goal is to get it to ‘Michael Level’ - this great coupe of BavarianCream’s and OCCoupe’s stunner. I’ll get there. The goal is Monterey ‘19

Not trying to hijack the thread - just relating that a sale like this gives me more courage to soldier on. These coupes are beautiful- until you tear one apart.

i'm not sure that is a 'soup' question, unless the new buyer is willing to share. my guess is a reasonable amount more than this and the other high BaT sale earlier in the year.

Wow!

I remember when I brought that car home from the Bay Area.....

I also remember driving it from Vegas to Seattle in one day... it was an automatic then and still a hoot... Every time I hear Lady Antebellum on the radio it takes me back to driving over Deadmans Pass in the dark....

It's as rust free as they come....
