Coming to this late...but your espresso machine is much like you car. it takes a lot of practice and attention to get just the right taste from the coffee. The correct bean, the correct timing of the shot, grind etc.. but much like when your car sounds and feels perfect... you have that satisfaction of getting something perfect that takes practice. Expobar makes a great machine. But it really takes a awesome grinder too.

one last thing i replaced the resistance with a new one, now it warms up faster,...

and as it is complete, i closed the envelope with its stainless steel panels

an awesome grinder it is quite a good decision and it makes a difference
it also opens a new set of variables, grain, density, weight
i refurbed this some time ago, but i have recently start the exploration, still learning

Well you get at least twice as much done as I even think about doing or maybe all the coffee you drink means that you never sleep.

true if you say it, i wont refuse or argue, but,...yes there is a but, in fact we all are procastinators, no matter how many things you do, your list of "to-dos" is always bigger than the "dones"

Impossible for everything but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try for those things where there's a fair chance of revival. On that basis would I buy a used car from you? Absolutely.

And you have a tremendous generosity of spirit in sharing your knowledge via your tutorials. Even though I'm not into coffee machines, ( though I have just bought a new Breville touch ), or Spanish cooking, I do find your threads fascinating.
