Ha! Sold on BAT on 3/23/23. As we all know, not all BAT sales come to fruition.
Complete with dead possum in the back seat. Pretty gross. It was brought to Concours d’ Lemons, driven by Wayne and Dodi. They claimed it was maybe one of five or less in the US and worth $200K restored.
We only buy stuff that seem like deals so we won't be spending much. The other buyer bumped our bid up a couple hundred to $1200. When I'm high bid I always leave it at what it is. If I don't get the car I try again the following week and if it's meant to be it'll happen. We'll be in that car about $1700. Seems a little high but I don't those cars at all.Good save Dan! These Old English cars can be easily made to run reliably again. It is the cosmetics that takes time and dollars. But there will always be someone looking.
Wow, that is crazy. Looks like it needed a brake upgrade. Here's a crazy one. Some nice Recaros and BMW S62 V8.
