so here's where we are - of the total of 13,567 possible cars in this portion of the project, we know of / have seen information on 2,890 coupes ... 21.3%
Hi Scott
I have only just seen this ancestry project on the forum, so I thought i'd better get in touch.
I personally own 3 RHD CSL's so will PM you the details of these so you can update the registry. They are in very different conditions and 2 of the 3 are openly known of (the 3rd CSL only 2 others know about but it's on the list dated 2023 so assume one of the other 2 have told you already o_O) but nonetheless all 3 are still alive and definitley not getting scrapped.
I also have a RHD CSi that was initially bought as spares or for a restomod project but when i found out its actually a factory Black matching numbers UK car I pushed it aside so I'll send that over too.

okay i have just posted the most recent updates to all sections of the ancestry project in post 1 of this thread. please check the pdf of the model that you have ... and then check each section (recently verified / latest information / seen in ads / no verified or recent information / gone forever.

if you know the VIN of a gone forever car, please let me know ... we like to track cars that are no longer with us to help avoid future fraud / rebirth of a dead car.

Shoot, my car didn't get updated from an email I sent a few months ago... Maybe it went to spam?
2270277 is on the list but outdated info.

sorry, it is on the main data, it didn't get changed on the model summary. it is now updated and posted. thanks for checking!

My project which is running and on the Dyno now was a UK delivery, 1974 3.0 CS vin # 4320330. Was originally Anthracite but is Turkis now. With me in Healdsburg, CA. Federalized when imported to US (probably military original owner with L hand drive) and eventually turned into a shell and I’ve rebuilt it from scratch. Highly recommend to not do a shell rebuild along with a custom drive train. Thanks Scott for all the hard work.
Regards, Jon

Jon, unfortunately i haven't started the euro VIN 2800cs or 3.0cs. that is probably more work than i want to take on.

I have info on vin # 2550588. It was bought by a friend of mine from Copart as a wreck. He plans on bring it back to life and has secured a stripped down body for the body parts it needs. I'm trying to get that vin # too.
Ed

Looks like the right hand drive 3.0CS’s have been overlooked? On the home page of this site there’s a link to a E9 registry, but it’s an external site, and I don’t understand the relationship to this one…
