After looking at several interiors and talking with owners, I went with French Walnut by Madera Concepts. The removal and install was done by VSR and in the grand scheme it was very reasonably priced.

I used quilted maple. I still love the figure, but the Nardi wheel looks wrong. Also, the old CSI cloth interior must go.

Just an FYI for you guys with the wood steering wheels.

They can be stripped and bleached and then the color can be changed to better match your dashes.
I plan on doing that to mine.

My e9 has Carpathian elm burl.
Matches the Nardi very well in color and finish.

My computer is down due to remodel of my home/office/kitchen.(working on since Nov), but getting very close.
One man bands move slowly!

Do a search of my posts and the pics will show.

I love the color and grains

Cool! Can you elaborate?

Do you believe me if I tell you that I don't know what wood is it? I just brought the old rotten dashboard to my carpenter telling him I wanted the same veining but in a paler color. Then he made it. I have to take better photos of it.
