Your seals are way too long, trim them shorter. The flap on the large piece is an extension of the upper seal’s profile. Where did you buy them?
Ahhhh. The penny drops. Yes, Seal are way too long. I got them from Stefan Ries. That said, better too long than too short. Thanks Chris, really appreciate the attention to detail.
