E9 Door seals

Your seals are way too long, trim them shorter. The flap on the large piece is an extension of the upper seal’s profile. Where did you buy them?

I require the door seals to suit an 1974 3.0CSi E9
51716754282 x 1
51716754283 x 1
Even I could the shaped ends, I can make up the rest.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
Thank you.
Sean
Please make sure the muckets are of sponge rubber not dense rubber.

Those molded parts are called muckets. Originally they are made of sponge robber the ones in the photo are made of dense rubber. There is a good reason the molded muckets vs the extruded weatherstrips are included in the design. I also have upgraded to the same as shown however the mucket sponge is used where the door to body clearance is minimal and can compress to almost nominal. My experience is the as shown phots will increase the door close effort but nor effect sealing.
