These are excellent. Working on mine last Friday. You have to deal with those crazy spring washer clips. Hard to get off and even harder to get back on.
I tried all kinds of things but didn't want to mess up the beautiful aluminum so I finally put the spring in my vice and heated it up so it compressed slightly and I could get the clip back on. I think it still has enough tension to stay in place. Who uses the darn things anyhow. I was afraid to touch mine because of the plastic mount. Maybe now I can. Yay!

On my plastic ones, I held the arm in the vise and pushed the spring cap on with a small 1/4” drive socket and a good tap from a hammer.

I didn't want to mark the arm in the vice even with rubber jaws and there is so little to get a hold of. Can you take the visor off the arm? I was afraid to try. I have good ones and afraid to mess them up.

Yes, mine were off of the visors, you can remove them by turning to line up the tabs on the arm with slots in the visor but it also isn’t always easy.

Hi everyone, there has been some interest in these following the first run so am contemplating doing another batch if we can reach 20 sets in aluminium.

Those who have shown interest in the past if you could please reconfirm if you are still interested and I will let everyone know where we stand with numbers in a week or so.

To clarify, price is $200 Australian Dollars for a pair (left and right) in raw aluminium (unpainted) plus postage charges.

Thanks

Yes, I just discovered that my originals crumbled upon disassembly, so PLEASE put me down for a pair if it's not too late. Thanks!
