i will start this series of "show your ..." with the engine area

i think a catalog of the different areas of the coupes might be very valuable to others that wanted to know where to start a restoration, alternatives, possibilities, ideas,...

there are plenty of threads asking about a radio setup, how seats look like,...

so lets see if we can cover the whole car

please add a little description of the car, year, model, variations,...

a 1973 3.0 CS Automatic (Borg Warner) with stock zenith carbs, original fan, engine bay with original insulating material (never removed). Cover of wiper motor is present and even a kit for radio interference suppression. Sealings are all original. Also a Walloth & Nesch Domstrebe.

@HB Chris. Is your battery the new BMW Calcium Technology type? Even if not, could you post or send me the part#, I would like to have an all white BMW battery too!!!!
Thanks. Keshav

It was the BMW Exide battery that is now NLA here, it was six years old and recently replaced. Wish they still sold them!

There is a new Calcium Technology BMW battery, exactly like yours, in 65 ah too, all white! I've written to ask if it's available in E9 size. Will post. Picture added.
