Steering Boxes. Who has had both? (Manual, Power)

127 doesn’t fit an E9/ E3. Only the 108 and 153 (2.5 CS) does.

Yes need manual steering box. I have power steering box without power steering.

That would be great if you can find a manual box for me.

any idea what the steering ratio is on a non ps 1972 Bavaria

Checked the number on the steering box on my manual steeri 72 bavaria. Had to use a mirror and flashlight but confirmed the last three of the longer number on the id plate is 108. think its a csl 4.5 turn box

Not read all the posts so I might be repeating...but I have several new E12 LHD boxes here. The internals will fit into an E9/E3 box and if I remember correctly (pls check...) gives a slightly kinder ratio, making the steering easier...
