No, it is an E3 floor shortened by 57 mm to a resulting wheel base of 2635 mm, which is 10 mm longer than a E9.

Who can identify the cut line in the photo?
What was the reason to use E3 floor if E9 would be able to bo shortened by 47mm?

I would expect it was easier and cheaper to organize than E9 or it is realted to rear suspension or trunk area?

Since this Frua was shown in "vivid blue" at the 1972 Paris Motor show it seems fitting to note the consensus of the critics of Jean-Luc Godard's 1960 classic French Film, "Breathless."

"Breathless rewrote the rules of cinema - and more than 50 years after its arrival, Jean - Luc Godard's paradigm-shifting classic remains every bit as vital."

Perhaps the same could be said about the Frua.
