so figuring out the pulley layouts
seems the original stuff works best
so have an extra m5 alternater and brackets and water pump with the tread type connector if anyone wants them
also extra coils and power steering pump
dissasembled the throttle bodies and linkake
had to clean old paint and junk
regreased the throttle rod neeedle bearings
need engineering

Careful with that engine hoist Alan. I know that the s38 is supported by blocks but it looks a little scary.

wrapped all the wiring harness with bmw cloth tape
set the injectors and cleaned all the air horns
have an extra m5 alternator new water pump and brackets and powewr steeringh pump if anyone needs them
on the left
plus i have two extra sets of injectyors

fiooled around with the alternater brackets to see which worked best
ended up useing the orig bracket and the m5 alt cause it has the vreg inside for the kdata and the orig power steering pump
worked out well
starting to meld the two harnesses together

Process

Had to grind down the bracket mount for the m5 alternator with the included voltage reulater needed for the kdata unit
worked out well to keep the existing brackets
