Latest update. Front lights fitted with updated globes 110% brighter than standard 11s.
Original Batmobile fins fitted.
Windscreen wiper area, and dash now finished.
Other progress on sills, rear windows and motors
fitted.

Another week of progress:
- Boot latch in
- Fuel funnel complete with all new fastenings
- New fuel lines
- Rear bumper back on
- Rear lights and tail plate in
- Side fins with backing stickers installed
BTW: Note the multiple drill holes on the rear aluminum number plate. My current European style plate covers these holes, but if I move to historic plates I am going to need to fix the holes. I can create a false back to the new smaller plate, else how would you suggest I fill the holes - take it to a jeweler with some spare aluminum as the panel guys don't want to touch it because of the fine corrugated pressing!?

- While O&S did a trial fit of the front air dam - it seems it didn't fit properly! The guys have made some minor changes and repainted because it was cracking already (please note anyone considering using O&S in Sydney).
- Same with the rear spoiler - the fiberglass was in a very poor state and needed reinforcement which has now been completed
- The list of missing parts from O&S continues to grow this time part of the door opening mechanism. The guys managed to use and then modify some donor parts from the e3

- More brightwork - mouldings around the roof and windows
- turn signals installed (the right lens has a small crack - so needs replacing and the left is missing both the inner and outer gasket - so I am tracking them down)

Next week: Fit boot and rear air dam, finish the front light mouldings (the plastic has weathered and has whitened, so we will respray all matt black)

This week, the stainless steel wheel arch extenders arrived so we started to fit them - we were lucky enough to source some NOS parts.
The guys also installed the boot light and resprayed the well-faded light surrounds - note the innovative spray booth stand - too late for a patent?
Another week of

- wiring now all finished and tested across the whole car, so the dash can now go back in for the last time
- the NOS chrome week arches are on and looking fabulous
- the badges are back on!
- the kidney grill has been aligned

- bleed and test the brakes
- new tyres
- still waiting on some plating (air box clips and quarter windows)

Some great progress this week (or perhaps just more obvious progress, so due credit to those who have been working on behind the scenes items or on preperation)
- Rear parcel shelf installed
- Rear seats installed
- Rear ashtray restored with the metal trim coming from the donor car
- interior upper door trims assembled, but some more polishing to do on the metal trim
- new original tyres fitted
- rear boot panels remade and ready to install
- front window trim preparations underway
- floor hole fillers painted
- correct radio sourced - see other thread
- brakes bled and now fully operational
For next week we expect to progress:
- More interior trim and install the dash
- air box clips re-installed
- research on how to get the rear window back in!

- Rear seat belts back in
- The holes in the floor have been filled, we will apply some new dynamat - what are these holes for?
- The screws have been replaced in the boot light
- A new battery connector has been installed
- We tested the new indoor car cover

The glass is notoriously difficult to get in, the front especially. Look up Ralph Moore Glass, local and the only guys I would trust to do our cars[emoji106]
