Thanks. Yes, two in particular including one that’s not really in Austin (Buda). I’ll confer with Terry, Ed Z, Barney and other knowledgeable locals on their experiences. I guess it’s harder in a smaller metro where there may not be a specialist. Of course, we are now seeing “big city“ prices here. It’s getting nuts. So go home prices, so goes everything else. I’ll have to see if remote or local ends-up being better and/or cheaper. I’ll end up going “better”.
