Markos, I saw you post pics from this brochure a while back?
Clearly first iteration carb csl, 1971, no stripes, early alpina wheels, and no trunk badge, verona??
do you have the brochure fully scanned?
If so, i would love to see the detail pics,, i am vv likely now, to take my cs, back to its original verona , for the b2s tribute, and am considering the early alpina wheels as well, with the 20 spoke painted black also..

Sorry for the delayed response. The car on the brochure is Inka actually. Supposedly there was one Verona carb CSL.
The wheels on the car in the early brochure were the Alpina 3 piece found on the B2S.
The interior had early scheel fiberglass seats and a prototype momo alpina steering wheel. It has more dish and spoke holes than the 380 alpina that landed in the later carb CSL’s. It also doesn’t have the droopy hub as seen further below:
These are the alpina wheels:
This is the production alpina steering wheel. Note what I call the “droopy hub”. This style of wheel center is found on the Momo Prototipo S (350 and 380) Momo Clay Regazzoni (350) Ferarri 308 GTB (380), Ferarri Teatarossa (380) Momo gritti (370), Momo Moretti (380) and some
others.
Does anyone have a source for these "BMW ALPINA" decals please. Have reached out to a mob stateside, but they are telling me they are having shipping issues to Australia. Any advice much appreciated.. ALPINA decal on its own is easy (Walloth)... Thanks, Mike

Gettting there. Chassis expoxy primed in front, in areas that would be sealed in, followed by underside of entire nose clip expoxy primed, prior to being reinstalled. This should future proof the channels / cubby holes sitting underneath the front fenders.
