so Brendan, looking truly cool ... makes me happy that i went with CSL rear seats to go with my scheel sport front seats
so what are you doing for rear seatbelts? does your coupe have the mount on the roof for front seatbelts? or are you putting in 5 point harnesses?

Thanks Scott . the rear seats really do "tie the room together " . I am fairly certain the car had provisions seatbelts with the point in the roof. We ordered belts a few weeks ago but they haven't gotten here yet?
We managed to get the rest of the interior installed though

I know the correct color would have been a greyish color for the taillight covers but I felt like this black fit the theme better and looked right

Bummer was hopping to see you . Long story short I pulled it off , with the help of my peers we put together an entire car in 3.5 weeks , atleast enough to drive on and off a trailer to make the concours . Car has some bugs I gota work out and some things that need to be addressed but on labor day that car was a 100% bare shell , and now its a running driving car !

looks great ... so i'm looking forward to hearing the driving impressions ... while driving in anger. one quick question, are you staying with no side rear view mirrors ... or just not on the car yet.

Great job Brendan! We built very different cars but your help and advice along the way was much appreciated. I’m ironing out a few teething issues but basically the car drives beautifully and has passed the very strict engineering rules here and is fully roadworthy. Good luck on the track [emoji106]

Hi Brendan, did you use a 2002 booster to clear the individual runners you fab'd out of the old s54 box? Did you modify the e9 brake booster support in any way? Some of the old pics in this thread are broken so trying to see them again for reference. thanks!
