I reckon they are weds centres, 17 inch by 8.5 split bbs rims,, They are listed as Alpinas, but not sure, you can get replica 15 inch ALPINA 20 spoke centres, to build into any wheel you like, using bbs inner and outer rims. but expensive
Look like weds bavarias with step up lips and barrels to 17"
