Thanks for confirming, Drew. How is you tank vented?

Will let you know on the screens, I'm not sure which ones I'll go with yet, but I do like this set I found on Weberjets.com they are a lower profile, flat on the front. Unfortunately they'll charge 40% tariff to get them over the Canadian border from Vancouver to Seattle. Not sure I can stomach this out of principle.

The gas tank is vented by running the hose to the hole in the bottom of the trunk that has a funnel shaped grommet. I don't have the BMW part # for the grommet handy. All of the European cars vent the tank with the hose to the grommet.
