Attended German Car Day, Waterfront Park, North Vancouver, BC. What a better event after watching German F1 on TV in the early morning hours? Then drive a Coupe to this event. Excellent turnout of MB, Audi, BMW, Porsche and 1 NSU!
2 Coupes in attendance, 1 Bav, several '02s and all those other BMWs that I simply cannot list. Nice M1 and a Beautiful Gullwing, and so on. Perfect day, great turnout, nice folks. :)

They are not using National rules. And a max of ten points for mileage is crazy. They are using the old 1-10 subjective criteria with no evidence to back up their guestimates.

Got some meatier tires on the 8.5J rears to test fitment Think 225/50 will be the way to go though.

I ordered a new CSL front spoiler and center brace from Mario at VSR1.

Dan, highly recommend a clear bra like Expel on the VSR air dam. Will save you a lot of time & money as bugs clean off the plastic easily and protect the paint from stone chips. I now have two painted & Expel coated VSR CSL air dams. The original, which has been repainted & repaired yearly since 2011, estimate I have spent over $6K+ on it. Plus a scribed fitted one ready to go if something happens to the original.

Great idea Andrew, thank you for the suggestion. I will definitely plan on a clear wrap for the CSL spoiler.

BTW, I must say that Mario was a pleasure to deal with. Clearly he has it going on there at VSR1.

Cheers!
Dan
