Yep, 3”inlet/ 3”outlet with a 6“ diameter outside shell.
It currently touches the differential, but a session with a ball peen hammer (strategically used) will give it some clearance. It isn’t as pretty as the 4” Magnaflow, but is substantially quieter.

Total spent with all of the changes ( 3 baffles and rewelding, too) $3500. Ouch, but it is done and it is nice!

Still a close fit , but the hammer to the muffler case and the shaved differential casting area did the job.

Headliner in. Not my best project, but I’ve reached the “I don’t care zone” with this item. There are some details left to do on the back transition “rail.”

alan here how did you power the s38
mine is 11:1 compression and i dont know wht to power it with.
i tried a link ecu-- no one knows how to set it up
unless i pay 20k to santa rosa sgop so i have to sell it
big bummer
your car is super fine graet job!!!
