3D Printing: AC Face Plate & Console Vent Covers

You're asking about the AC intermediate housing? The part that goes between the AC blower and the vents? I make that, I've sent a bunch to Don, and sold a few on the forum here. I made a thread about it a while ago. I did the CAD work myself, and test fit each one with a set of parts I bought for that purpose. I also modified the design to significantly improve its strength, so it should last a nice long time.

@rsporsche I would like to get some external feedback first, I've only made a few trial sets. So if someone wants to try them out, please PM me.

Off the cuff, each one takes me between 10-24hrs to print, plus a significant chunk of a spool, depending on how pronounced people want the layer lines.
