Alan, I sure do hope that engine puts a huge smile on your face after fully sorted as the pain it seems to be putting you through is incredible.

so as i was previously setting the door i inadvertently made a small chip on the edge of the driver glass as it hit the rear window outer
chrome trim in the front.
so i got some clear 2-part epoxy and set a piece of clear tape on one side -set the epoxy and wrapped the tape up and over.
the epoxy set hard and clear and trimed it a bit -now its unnoticeable.
whooo. saved

my leaf dam for the carport -so idont have to work in the leaves.

MORE CLEAN-UP

cleaning my door latch and lock that was gummed up and not turning easily
just wd40ed it and filled w/ graphite
works great. reassembling the glass and cleaning the window motor.
also when the latch opens - i makes a huge clank ,so i set a piec of rubber at the stop to have a silent door opening.
see what i mean about the leaves. that one got by me.

You should ask Boyd’s shop for some money back on your monthly storage cost. I presume that you had to pay at least $100 a month for 10 years to store an entire vehicle. That is $12K you must have spent on storage!
