Just saop water nothing else....
There is no need for straps or other stuff.... just a light pressure with a flat hand at the already snap in areas.

A little 'personal lubricant' is a great thing to use on the rubber seal...helps it slide right in...then, because it's water based, it disappears. I recommend 'Astroglide'..
