Price for new grills is crazy so I sandblasted both plastic mask grills to see all the cracks. All cracks were welded and missing parts were added. Plastic will be repainted in black. If they will look bad I will buy new ones.

Plastic on my taillights is nice but chrome is not so nice. I decided to get taillight in bad condition (thanks to
@Stan ) to learn the process of removing plastic lenses before trying on my taillights. They went out OK clean with no damages. I will have now frame re-chromed to see how lenses fit back in. If I will be happy I will do same work on my taillights.

Lenses that weren’t already broken came out with no damage.

We used grinder since it has small rpm and plastic doesn’t melt when cutting.

When I get back frame from re-chroming I will see how lenses fit back and find best way to glue them back in.
