Some dude at a car show said the black panel for the license plate looked awkward.

So, I removed it and used lacquer thinner to remove the paint.

It will look way better. As will that bumper after you remove the paint...
Bumper is one of those fiberglass things from the coupe-guy dude in Colorado.
It was a royal pain to fiberglass "stud" and align into the body. I hope to never have to remove it again. So, I'm stuck with the paint color on the bumper.

With that in mind, "I like it, I really like it."
Fifty years ago the OEM dudes in Germany woulda, coulda, shoulda painted those fiberglass bumpers on the CSL?

If Dave doesn't have one, a friend of mine does. Let me know.
Mess, Dave didn't have the clip piece. I'm wondering if the steel bumper piece would even fit the Coupe-guy's fiberglass bumper, but I'd like to give it a try. Currently it just looks unfinished.

Thank you for your help and kind comments.

@Patton
You could ask @aguirola for that center bracket which he’s produced in fiber glass for his bumper set. He might be able to help out…
