Hi, Brendan. I didn't notice, if you said so, but are the rear coilovers and mounts standard GC pieces for an e28, or custom pieces, length? Would you mind telling me what diameter the tubing is you used to fab the rear shock towers?

Hi Mark , GC custom made those rear shocks for us, I can get you a set if you like , let me know , I don't remember the diameter was. you should just hire my gang to do your suspension work for you

we made the brackets to hold the e46 M3 coolant Res. and the PS res and got those pieces mounted ,

1 st we made a plate to mount the bracket to

The bracket is welded in place and now the coolant Res can be permanently mounted

with the coolant tank in place

Thanks guys , stay tuned more interesting stuff coming up soon, , This week we got the rear swaybar , mounted and installed , an e28 rearbar from UUC

front and rear bars from UUC , e28 rear and e36 front

we had to build mounts for the bar to attach to from scratch

area where the mount will be welded , is cleaned and prepped

Ill Be interested to hear what you guys think about this project , Eventually the car will get a widebody kit CSL replica , and that will cover up the fuel access port . To take care of that I decided on relocating the fuel filler neck, I stole an idea from Vintage Porsches , and CSL race cars and put the fuel cap though the deck lid . I'm really excited at this piece of Bling . It should be one small detail that will set this car apart from others

4 inch dimple die I got to cut and dimple the decklid

3 inch hole cut in the fuel tank to relocate the neck

Brendan, i would like to get a template of the holes for the badges - with the edge of the trunk and the hole diameters. having a clean trunk lid with no badges in place is a unique opportunity
