I believe that you will. My stock distributor has two vacuum ports. My 123 distributor only has one. You will also need vacuum for the brake booster

You need vacuum for the brake booster. The Korman intake manifold has take offs for manifold vacuum at cylinder 2 and cylinder 5. I've combined them for my brake booster using a simple brass T.
I have not programmed the use of vacuum advance with the 123. I experimented with it a little bit, but didn't follow through with it.
Yes, knew about brake booster vacuum but wanted to know if I should keep vacuum advance in place for the distributor. Sounds like I do. Anyhow, does anyone know if the Pierce manifold comes with a vacuum port off the front manifold section, or will I need to install a fitting?
Yes , the Pierce has a threaded opening for vacuum.

Yes, there are ports for each cylinder on my carbs. But as noted previously, I'm not using any vacuum advance in my setup. Probably could improve fuel economy if I did.
...and if you haven't already read everything @Stevehose has posted about carb tuning, I recommend that you do. He saved me countless hours of pain.
