Speedo may be reading somewhat high...But it looks like you were clipping along at a good pace!
I'm heading up Thursday afternoon, I cant wait to see this thing in person.Blasting eastbound to OFest. Car is running well, only minor issues, but did lose driver’s side wiper arm in a downpour in Atlanta yesterday morning. Really sucks, it was a nice one... I really thought it was on tightly. Darn...

London-Essex auto electric in North Weald sell smaller starter as fitted to late M30's phone 01992 52660 I have fitted one to my car,I will do if the motor needs more than a little work. If it’s just the brushes or the solenoid, I’ll keep it as I’m kind of trying to keep the car as original as possible (it’s an an original unrestored car).
Plus despite the threads saying so, it doesn’t seem that easy to get hold of the 440/441s here in the UK, although I’ve not asked around too much.
But I will never say never
Sounds like an epic trip Ed!! Thanks for all of the great photos, I love that you drove all those miles in your classic. That's what it's all about!Stayed with Steve in New Orleans over the weekend on my way home from OFest. Lots happening down there!!

A great weekend with amazing weather. Thanks again Steve.
Got home this evening after a torrential thunderstorm about an hour from home. I put 3516 miles on the CS this week. Time for a detail and oil change!
