Ok. My head is spinning again.... To summarize:

Thanks all!

Walloth if they have them have front and rear and cheaper too, those are the correct numbers, you can google the number. Summit Racing may have them, I would call first. You can do the fronts later, the rears now as you have damaged shock mounts it appears. I think only B6 Sport is available anyway.

Scott,
The 1000$ part you have listed below from eBay is the shock for a 2 litre. AFAIK you want the numbers from the 600$option. YMMV
Bilstein
34-000243
24-008136
I think those are correct But I suggest you confirm with chris

And yes agree that poking around the web with the correct numbers will get something closer for less.
Mind you 634 US sounds cheap to me. Again the folks at this listing have been a bit of a pain to deal. In terms of the shipping, and the shock I pictured below that popped through the damaged box is a leaker. !
Hopefully it’s an anomaly and you may have better luck.
Gotta go, I will stay out of it, I seem to be adding a level of confusion. Bests and good luck.

So... the ebay seller informed me that despite showing availability online it was not available, so here we go again. 4th time ordered, but W&N to the rescue! I have now placed 3-4 separate orders from W&N... I think I'm all done with parts, other than the trunk floor stuff, which I will deal with today.

here are the shocks/Bilstein available in our webshop:

Sport has a shorter overall length (same stroke range) and is therefore not as compatible with vehicles at stock ride height and compliance. With lowering springs and heavier anti-sway bars the sports should be fine. The combo of HD with short springs could lead to a spring being out of position at full extension (all those times you are catching air off of bumps and jumps). Then you come down with the spring cockeyed and ...

Went for a drive just to check in to see how things were going. No real updates but making progress and place the order for all the necessary parts.

Are the bilstein shocks from W&N the shorter sport version or are they the B6 (HD) version?

Per W&N, they are B6. Will this be ok? Note I ordered below:

La Jolla Independent has a set of lowering springs for $395+shipping. Drops front 2" and rear .5".
That's a tremendous deal for Carl Nelson CS springs.

I have CN springs on my coupe. Love em

@Stan, I am very excited to have a stiffer/lower suspension. I have found the ride to be way too cushy, like a cadillac, and hope this will make it firmer. Will the B6 shocks be fine with these springs?

Scott, you will see i very soon... the shocks may not be so long that in free extend the springs come loose between the plates, as you would jack the car up or be airborne :D

sometimes there's a very soft spring added to keep things together ( under compression) in "free" but that little soft spring is already completely compressed with the car on his wheels , so it does nothing during riding. Springs must be adapted ofcourse, this soft spring remains a spacer in there.....

I don’t plan to get airborne
